A Quick Note From the Pokoloko Team

A Quick Note From the Pokoloko Team

We've discovered a website impersonating Pokoloko at pokoloko.live. It is not us, and it is not affiliated with our brand in any way.

We know how much trust matters. It's the foundation of everything we've built over the past ten years, from our relationships with artisan partners to the 1,000+ boutiques who carry our goods, to you. So we wanted to reach out directly, plainly, and quickly.

Here's what we know

A site using our name and likely our imagery has been set up separately from our official store. We're actively working to have it taken down, and we've reported it to the relevant domain and hosting authorities.

What you should do

Our one and only official website is [pokoloko-dot-com]. If you've visited pokoloko.live, please don't enter any payment or personal information there.

If you've already made a purchase or shared details on that site:

  • Contact your bank or card provider right away to flag the transaction
  • Reach out to us directly via support@ pokoloko-dot-com
  • Keep an eye on your statements over the next little while, just in case

Why we're telling you this

We'd rather you hear it from us, clearly and without any spin. Pokoloko was built on ten years of honest, artisan-led work, fair partnerships behind every product, and a whole lot of care put into getting things right. A fake site trying to borrow that trust doesn't sit well with us, and we didn't want you to find out the hard way.

If anything feels off, or you're not sure whether something is really us, send us a link, an email, a DM - please just ask. We'd always rather answer ten "is this really you?" questions than have one person get caught out.

Thank you for being patient with us, and for being part of this community for the last decade. We'll keep this page updated as we learn more.

With gratitude, The Pokoloko Team
