Shipping & Returns

ONLINE RETURN POLICY


Pokoloko's return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

 

 

Items are only eligible for return if they meet the following criteria:

 

  • Must have receipt or proof of purchase
  • Must been in original condition with tags attached

 

Non-Refundable items:

 

  • Gift Cards
  • Sale Items (only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded)

RETURNS: HOW TO


Please email support@pokoloko.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

 

Our customer support team will confirm that the return meets our criteria and will provide return instructions.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

 

Once your returned item is received and inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria, we will issue a refund. Refunds will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 24-48 hours.


EXCHANGES


Pokoloko works diligently to ensure all our products meet the highest standards, in the event you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us and we will happily provide you with an exchange.

 

Please email support@pokoloko.com with your order number and a photo of the damage or defect and we will provide exchange instructions.




SHIPPING


Pokoloko ships all orders via Canada Post / United States Postal Services.

 

Once your order leaves our warehouse, please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.




GIFTS


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
