What are the hours for the Westboro Pop Up Shop and Pokoloko showroom?

Westboro Pop Up Shop Hours:

Monday Closed

The Pokoloko showroom is currently closed due to COVID-19; however we are shipping out of our warehouse Monday to Friday to our online retail and wholesale community, as well as our essential service brick and mortar customers. We are keeping strict health regulations with our reduced warehouse team, and ensuring contactless pick up from all of our courier partners.

 

Cloud Forest Coffee will be open Wednesdays to Sundays from 8:30AM to 4:00PM during the 30-day lockdown in Ontario. Pokoloko has curbside pick-up available only in Westboro during this time.

Do you offer Free shipping?

FREE Standard tracked shipping in North America when spending a subtotal of $99+ (subtotal = after any discounts added and before taxes).

Otherwise, our flat rate shipping is $5 CAD.


 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

My order isn't right. What do I do?

Thanks so much for letting us know. Our apologies your order isn't as originally intended! Please send a photo of the order discrepancy, along with your order number or receipt in an email to support@pokoloko.com so we can make it right!

How can I return my product?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Restock arrival dates of products vary depending on the artisan manufacturer and depending on our boat/ground transfer variables. Many products will have a pre-order option with an anticipated arrival date outlined. You can also add your email address on the product page to be notified by our team when it's back in stock!
